Winemaker Branislav Pútec is our long-time wine supplier and above all a good friend. Every vintage of his wine is a great success, not only here at CLOCK-BLOCK but also at world exhibitions in France. The pairing of fine wine and quality food has been an excellent combination since ancient times. So do not hesitate and ask our staff which wine goes well with a grilled steak, baked tripe or a chocolate dessert.
Clock Block je bistro & bar v bratislavskej Petržalke, kde sa dobré jedlo stretáva s remeslom, poctivou výrobou a kvalitnými surovinami. Už desať rokov tvoríme miesto pre ľudí, ktorí si chcú vychutnať dobré jedlo, remeselné pivo a uvoľnenú atmosféru.
Naša kuchyňa nie je zmesou náhodných štýlov. Stojí na troch jasných smeroch, z ktorých má každý vlastnú identitu a miesto v Clock Blocku. Prvým sú lokálne chute a jedlá stvorené k dobrému pivu, druhým je ázijská kuchyňa pod konceptom By Kaizen a tretím kvásková pinsa v rímskom štýle. Tri rozdielne svety, ktoré spája rovnaký prístup – kvalitná surovina, vlastná výroba, remeslo a výrazná chuť.
Súčasťou Clock Blocku je aj lahôdkový pult s výrobkami z vlastnej produkcie. Veľa vecí si pripravujeme sami, pretože chceme mať pod kontrolou suroviny, postup, chuť aj výslednú kvalitu. Ponuku meníme podľa sezóny, dostupnosti surovín a toho, čo nás práve baví variť. K Clock Blocku patrí aj sedem starostlivo vybraných remeselných pív na čape a miesto, kde sa človek môže cítiť prirodzene. Za desať rokov sme sa veľakrát zmenili, ale jedna vec zostáva rovnaká: nechceme robiť priemer. Chceme robiť veci po svojom – a robiť ich dobre.
